i just sold mine with head for 345k

I haven't seen full 512(with head) sell for less than 330k in the past two w̶e̶e̶k̶s̶ months. I do agree with Kriegery though, my price range was just a bit large. I attempted to include outlier offers in the range as well. 320-350k is about right.
