"Number of Reconnects" is essentially the amount of times I've pinged since I turned my modem on, which was last night at around 9PM.
That's, on average, approximately 10 1/2 disconnects per hour. However, this only happens from around 6PM - 6AM, so it's more like 20 disconnects per hour during that time.
