Ok Ragman - you're in for a trial week. Just act nice, post a few posts in the forums, try to meet the clan members (esp. the council) in game - although a lot of them are seldom on in game - wear the tag etc.

Just act normal, and we'll vote in a week to see whether or not we're going to make you a permanent member.
