I dunno, I got it from a magazine.
The magazine's called "Track".
I got curious because the "tr" from the word "track" looks weird, so I reversed the magazine and got myself a logo/symbol/dunno.
Easily, try to reverse tr.
Yeah I got that feeling too, I'll unuse that thing then.

Are you planning to make it robotic?
If yes, the Eye looks wide. The head itself remind me of Kitfox's head.
What is The Cross thingy in the side of the heads? Better if you make it bigger like headphone "Example" , cause yours just looks like a small button that placed beside the heads.
Well, a bit Shading might works But it's not a must (If you make it simple on purpose). It will be much better if you add more Details and stuff.
But overall, it's Good.
