Did it fix the problem with matchmaking, where it doesn't function in creating balanced teams because match hosts will just keep kicking people until they know their team will win?

dude there wasn't matchmaking in HoN before.

Learn2HoN.

Also LoL is pretty shitty once you get good at HoN/DotA.
