One can do that w/o copying, The colors are simple enough.

i use the copy/paste mthoed only partially on certain textures i make. i do it like this: lets say i need to make a brain part. ok, i will go to google and fina a good brain "pattern". i will cut the shapes out of this pattern as i need the on the head. i made a zombie head recently where i used that exact method to make a bit of the brain showing, and it looks very subtle.
