Don't worry trice, leadership can be hard. I have been a leader before ( a while ago) with an account called darkworld1. My clan was called monster and I remember that there was me and another guy called moe8(3 other numbers here). The good old days were good.

Well leading a clan is not just about the leader, you need all your members.
They should be active helpful and frendly at all. Best way to make a clan with frined, sure way to become official. (Or at least easier).(:
