According to userbenchmark.com 1070 is 1% better than 980ti (on average), but I really dont need anything more than 1080p killer. 980ti + i3-8350k (probably gonna overclock it) with 16gb of ram is more than enough for me. I upgraded from 750ti + g3258 @4.2 with 8gb of ddr3 ffs xD
