It's kind of dumb they wont compensate for that type of shit.

but that's the point, they think you need the common sense to not get scammed,
also they wont just spawn tc or items for you

I tried and they said no I can try to appeal again but i doubt it'll go over well. But yes I payed $30 for 450k tc and got nothing. Basically banned for a day is what I payed for haha.
