Apparently, no, if you take my suggestion I think you should complete your textures first before buying bumpmaps.

Yea I haven't been buying textures lately.
I bought my new head and got a new avatar.

I will sell the set that I am making soon for about 30k or more and I will buy some more textures with that too. .
At the moment I am getting the rest of my texture set made. Biotrash is doing it for me.

And I need to find out how to make money fast :3

I do it by textures and avatars and ingame.
