To be honest I got panic when my name changed become Hampa.

I think the people who realized what had happened early on thought it was lame but those who didnt freaked out

changing all the names around could have led to some scamming though

also if the fake permab& everybody people would have believed it and when your april fools day joke results in a large portion of your community leaving the game thats not good xD
