I'm looking for a free mmo fighting game. By fighting game, I mean that button-mashing style of game like Tekken, Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter.

I don't think there's a fighting game like that. Especially for pc.

The only thing I can think of that's remotely close to that is Dragon's nest and Vindictus with Vindictus being the better of the 2.

I am looking for a logic-action game. Something that is fun, and gets your brain started. it should be 3D.

Oh, please, if it is scary, I wouldn't like it.

Portal 1 & 2, Quantum Conundrum, Amnesia is probably the "scary" game you're thinking of in this genre.

I'm looking for any game that is worth buying exept shooter.
Something like binding of isaac , lost saga , terraria , minecraft etc.
