Guys, thought i'd let you know this: I have an upper jaw plate and a bottom jaw plate, the upper one being for moving the jaw forward, and the bottom re-shaping the jaw, and when you have to get them both adjusted at the same time.... Oh the pain, THE PAIN. And then when I have to brush my teeth later that night.... EVEN MORE PAIN D:
