Very nice! I like how you used the bumpmap effect on the text.

The only fault I see is that white line behind his back.

add more stuff to the background, and i don't like the yellow stripe(?) thing, but thats just me.

lololerz, try adding a drop-shadow to your visor. Make sure that the angle isn't too big/small
