MBK needs to test you in any case. I think he's stuck up with preparing for exams or something at the time, so it might take a while before you can fight him...

Do you think he would test me now that I am a black belt?

You can, but it doesn't go any higher up the list.

You highlight it though, and that makes people notice it better.

I've played and met MENTOS, and he's pretty good and nice to have around. He did think of a way to beat my new move, though...

Well I've tested him, perhaps not utterly and thoroughly, but I think I've seen enough to say that it's atleast fair to let him show his skills to MBK.

MENTOS has impressed me with his understanding of the game, which is well developed for someone who's only been fully registered for little above a month. The only thing I missed really, was his seemingly lack of desire to use his arms as offensive weapons.

He also seems very okay as a person, and in overall, I'd say he's good a candidate for CBK.
