Mmmm. Changes with different jobs. With general moderating, constantly dealing with the same retards that never learn their lesson. With ClanEvents, it's normally trying to motivate clans to participate or poking them to make deadlines. With Uniteam, it can sometimes get a bit quiet in your room if you run out of things to talk about but that rarely happens.
