Wtf that's like the easiest part of playing anivia, she becomes one of the best laners after 6 and can simply say "fuck you" to anybody without even using skillshots.

they dont have to stand on it much, you can use R+E to harass, put R down, as long as the enemy stepped on it 1 second or less, use E, deactivate R, keep going
you can also use Q then E, it also applies the chill effect
