To start off this application, I’ll get all the boring stuff out the way first.

Flamboyant Debut

I like lasagne, I’m sexy asf, and have a British accent. What more could you ask for? I also have a passion for Toribash, and its unique dynamic. I wouldn’t say it was love at first sight, but it definitely grew on me. My initial thoughts were “wtf is this?”, “how do I f%@!ing move?!”. That’s not to say I wasn’t intrigued, I really enjoyed slowly learning how to move and manoeuvre around. I would say I’ve made decent progress these last two months. Me being an extremely fast learner and experimenting definitely helped in this process. I enjoy a variety of mods, such as ABD, Lenshu, Ninjutsu and Sparring(excluding dumb mods). I’d say I’m pretty efficient in all but the latter. Although, I’m aware ‘Trestet’ is a very good sparrer, and I’m guessing many others too. So if I get accepted, perhaps I could learn a thing or two from them.

I’m not the most active of players, as I do have A-levels to do, as well as spending time with my friends and family. However, whenever I’m on my laptop I’ll hop on to Toribash and beat up some nerds. I typically get on every other day or so, but I have a lot of free time for a little while, so I thought I’d put some more time in to the game. I’ll most likely be on everyday, for as long as I can be – until life calls me back into the abyss.

My favourite mod is Aikidobigdojo.tbm, as generic as it sounds. My love for ABD comes from my nostalgic past towards WWE. Coming home after school to play WWE with some friends where one of my favourite things to do in my childhood. I feel the two are very similar both in style and gameplay. At least for me and my technical play style. This is one reason I want to join AS, so I can replicate and recreate these nostalgic memories of mine, but with new faces.
I enjoy Lenshu over boxshu (although boxshu is fun in it’s own right) mainly because I feel it is much more strategic and tactical. It let’s me make cooler and more realistic fights, which are always fun to look over. There’s much more room for comebacks and sophisticated gameplay. Also, pulling off a perfect launch is always pretty satisfying to see and has helped me many times in ungrab situations during my ABD games. Ninjutsu and xspar are things that I want to learn, more so than something I’m already good at. I hope to eventually be able to make some videos as good as the ones on ConCon’s channel, or better. For now, I’m enjoying the learning process.

When it comes to speaking about my talents, I tend to sound obnoxious so I’ll keep it short. I’m pretty much either good at everything, or have the ability to do so (except singing, I succ). I play an array of sports. To name but a few: Basketball, Football (it’s not called Soccer gahd damn it), Volleyball, Tennis and Badminton. I’ve won some medals/trophies here and there. I’m also pretty good at art, particularly pencil drawings as well as intricate designs. I like to video edit and mess around on Photoshop from time to time as well, I’d say I’m decently skilled in those areas, but I could do with improvement. When it comes to hobbies, I enjoy an assortment of different things. In my leisure I tend to find good movies/shows to watch. Additionally, I like playing videogames, Toribash particularly and some others – such as League of Legends, Fortnite and GTA V. I’ve rambled on too much in this application, and it has become on big giant wall of text, so I’ll try to wrap it up. I couldn’t finish talking about my boring life so feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
One of the main reasons for me applying to [AS] is because I want to join a healthy community where I can joke around and play with friends, I’m not as much of a ‘competitive’ player, but that’s not to say I’m bad at the game. I can definitely hold my own ;). I’d like to meet some more of you in-game although this app may be an utter bore to read, I assure you it’s not the same when I'm playing with yall. I’m hoping All Stars can provide this desire of mine, and live up to my expectations. Plus [AS]Zouu would look pretty cool ay *wink wink*.
