I read the rules, I accept them. It won't be a problem for me to follow them.
Anyway, what exactly did you mean with "road rules"? thanks.

I can play all mods, but I prefer aikido, lenshu3, aikidoBD. Also I'm good at
jousting, but that doesn't count. I don't mind playing wushu or judo, ninjutsu from time to time.
State whats your belt(atleast 7th dan). Account's belt - orange, I guess.
My belt - well... I have played more than 10 000 games (since january 200 and I play better than most, so I'd like to say "Master belt."
 State your rank. 2516. I was 22nd before I left Toribash ~5 months ago.
State your reason for wanting to join JR. Today I see Jolly Roger as a quite
big and a serious clan. I know quite many JR members, and I respect most.
I'd like to be one of you.
State if you had any earlier clans that you were part of. Ok, I've been in
some clans before. Examples? - Karma, Aeon, Piratez, some more (most unofficial.) But I hope, it doesn't matter that much.
State timezone. GTM + 3 atm. (Summer time)
State your age. 19
Forum activity. Not very high, I check news, trade with items, but I'm not
very active. I prefer reading discussions more than joining in.
IN game avtivity: Medium, around ~10 games/day. But, I better face a
custom belt than a 3rd dan. Most black belts are playing very weak last
days, it makes the game boring for me.
Vouchers(The guy who invited you). Missuse (I hope, you don't mind.)
Any special skills (such as texture making, video making, things like that).
I believe, it's not hard to learn different stuff, so I can both make textures
and videos.
 Some replays. Nothing spectacular. Only with the old accounts, but I'd like
to don't share my previous account nicks with you. Please, let me keep
it private without offence from your side.
 And finally state anything special thing you think we have to know.
I can only say that I don't have a girlfriend atm and I'm drinking alcohol
quite often last days.
