The shotgun sniping is from people using slugs. You can actully execute a marksman headshot (headshot from further than 100m away) with them. The knife got broken with the last patch. Aim for the back of the head, the sides or the front. Knifing them in the back will not work at all. Heli controls are on the previous page.
