One of the multiplayer character's is a doctor. I think that's what you're talking about.

Posting to make survive this awesome thread again and say that Rome looks really realistic.
Some friends of mine told me that the storyline is shorter than the second chapter, I think (and hope) that it's not so true.

Toril: You got Altair's Armor at start but you loose it thats tragic... Still you get Brutus Armor (Romulus thingy) and that looks HOT! :O
