Ham, roast beef, lettuce, provolone cheese, and mayo. Also my grandma makes Tuna mixed with a little ranch dressing and pickle relish on toasted bread.

And yeah, peanut butter on meat sounds like some kind of contradicting thing... sounds like and idea for that restaurant that serves only peanut butter/jelly based sandwiches.
Oh, I'm not sure if it is the right word. The dictionary says "tunny", "tuna" or "albacore". Anyway, it is a sort of fish, mostly pickled in oil. Very common in Northern Italy.
