That. The old rule stipulated that the minimum letters for a nickname be eligible to a nick change was 3, but now it's 4. I remember when Aj got his nickname changed from Ajww13 or something, the official rule that was applied in that time was the 3 letters one but for some reason, which is far from my knowledge, the admins allowed that. (maybe because he was a gamekeeper and probably had higher staffs friends who helped him with that).
But yeah, CL is definitively not available, which is pretty good in my opinion, because that nick sounds boring :<
