Or maybe a nice Rock song, not too hard, and sync*able, maybe some epic metal without so high screams would be cool too.

And the song must be non copyrighted, because I don't like to work for videos that get deleted

Not all of them are Latin. But it's probably going to be hard to find music like this. But if you want to, you could tell me exactly (via pm) what music you're looking for. My best friend is a Beat-producer and we could work something out that goes among the line you tell me ;)
