Yeah Matt, applications posted in our Discussion Thread will be ignored. Should they re-post their app in the Application Thread, they still won't have a huge chance seeing as they can't understand the difference between a Discussion thread and a recruitment thread to begin with. Not reading the title is laziness and laziness is not needed in Vibe.
