I stopped before I made it any worse or better.

Icy Indeed, I don't even know how my simple art could match up with that.

Keep experimenting. I got it to look icy by using some textures and then cropping out small parts of them and then keeping on copying them on the image. I dont know how good I explained that.

Kill the cook seems to be in first place, just get rid of the black boarder.
