I've noticed something in you Hanck. When you are not fighting in a spar you get fluid and concetrate on controling your tori well. But when you go and fight you only concetrate on hitting your oponent even if it means lose the fluidity and get stiffy. You need to notice that you are being like that. When I do a spar I keep at least 6-7 joints relaxed so that I don't get stiffy much.
Now for a replay. Shook posted this replay in the Forum and after he did a split he jumped and decaped Uke with a kick. I didn't like it very much so After he did the first punch I edited and did a boom punch in 3minutes. I was too lazy to do a pose.
