Damn thats low...

What would make a head...expensive?

Because I have seen highly detailed heads sell for about 5-10k then heads with less detail sell for about 30k+

Your probably right.
A new texture maker who makes high quality heads could go for less then somebody who has been around toribash for a long time whos textures have little detail.
