I got ninja tabi depending on who I am using Mundo Using ninja tabi is good but I like it for the defense.

Btw, something I just wanted to clear up. Since everything tops at 40% like penetration and cdr etc. Whats the point of having magic penetration boots and void staff? Or are they seperate somehow?

Recommend me a champion, anything except those up.

green - I play them mostly, I like to play them
yellow - I play them sometimes - mainly because I am already bored of them
red - I don't play them at all, I don't like them and they suck while being controlled by me.

I tried using the cooldown boots with voidstaff and everything else the same and it is weaker slightley.\

Saint Try Mundo he is a fun character.
