No. XIII existed BEFORE Orange, as an official clan. The clan died though, so Orange was made. Doxxy decided to disband Orange and now XIII is active once again.

Made XIII about a year ago with a friend named DreamKiller. Was going good, huge fight broke out between roman, fate, and myself. XIII died quickly, bounced around with other clans. XIII spawned a few clans such as C3. Made orange, wasn't happy of the overall concept of it. Killed it and took fate and we made XIII again.
