No champion is hard to use, really.

there is 2 champions that is hard for me to use.
its malzahar and fiddlesticks.
i love malzahar because hes great at Area damage
and fiddlesticks is very hard.i always fed on enemies when i use him

The only thing you need to know when playing fiddlesticks is timing, you have to be able to jump in, use fear then your crow/drain so they can't get away that quickly.

Ofcourse, if the time is right and there is maybe two people or someone with a big bounty on their head then you could ult in first.

i still cant use its ulti right though but i have perfected to use its 3 skills
