Sky I used the dry brush effect and for the rest I used the cutout effect, I think it goes together rather well. There is a weird spot at the top though.

Yeah it sure does. I kinda like that one just as much as the original. Maybe a little less brush stroke effect for a tiny bit more realism

EDIT: never mind you seemed to have used the lowest setting

The "lowest" settings are the most detailed in photoshop.
Set the texture to low, brush size to smallest, and detail to the highest.
