May I ask (because I'm not up to date with all the new features, if any), what are those toribash heads like in Androidex's name and others?

A zombie event where if you get killed by a zombie (ingame) you turn into a zombie yourself
Getting the head in the background and forcing your tori to wear orc gradients and orc force
