I've seen it used by a Xin Zhao against me and because we had no CC he fucked us everytime just recovering lost hp when he hit us. We ended up winning because we had a yi that backdoored, but i'm pretty sure that xin got 4 triple kills and a quadra kill that match.

Btw I meant stack the item itself... 20 stacks for like 5 of them. I'm not about to do the math =/

It's a Unique effect so the stacks only count on one of them.
