Mostly weak nerds don't like sports at all.
As I'm pretty versatile at all sports I find it interesting.
Every day I play football with my class. We do it for fun. It isn't just running and kicking the ball. If you think that then why do you find box interesting. It's all the same. They just throw some punches at each other.
Whenever you succseed you get joy from it. Sports are more interesting than games. Working in a team, and playing by yourself is just fun. Whenever you get the ball, puck you have to improvise and make a decision what to do and how to do it. And scoring feels amazing.
You should really go outside and do some stuff. In winter you should learn to skate and play hockey. Don't say that it sucks if you haven't played it.
