Everyone thinks their voice sounds horrible when they hear recordings of it. Mine sounds all high pitched and annoying xD. There's probably some science to it lol.

Your own voice normally sounds different because it's a bit muted by your skull and other things in your head, which gives you the feeling it's high pitched when you hear it coming from another source than your own mouth.

I sometimes surprise myself for knowing facts like that.
