I'm sure it's not against rules. And I wantn't items, only textures.

I pm'd the guy I bought it from for the original textures (since he sold it to me FOR the textures)

unless you know how to get the texture off the item, because I tried going through Textures in Shop and it gave a smaller, low quality image

Multiple copies of the same texture sold to different people is illegal i believe, it would only work if it would be free.

it came from a good friend of mine and sold it to me for the textures (also was cleaning out his deactivated)

still not sure if legal... the art was made by Arbalest a long time ago, you could probably ask him to make you something if it turns out its illegal :P
