CS:S. I've played it a lot, and enjoyed the time playing it. No smurfs and that ranking shit, but everyone, regardless of skill, can join any server, and that's great.

Nah, you can't idle for weapons or hats in TF2 anymore. It's a shame.

I really like Gmod. Does that count as a Valve game? If not, the L4D series all the way.

Even in normal servers you CAN get weapons even if you're idling. Just don't be kicked off from that server.
