Bioshock 2 was the only game I ever played to almost bring a tear to my eye at the ending.

I'd say Dark Souls, the tale of Artorias The Abysswalker and Sif, and Priscilla.

FF XIII-2 and X(and X-2 could probably be counted in here with the 100% complete, twas a good set those two were)
