TL; DR D&D transplanar Lich built skeleton based computer similar to DEEPTHOUGHT in scale, with pocket planes and infinite time stops to fuel its insta-computations.

If you are gonna play D&D, seriously, pushing the limits is the only way to go.
BTW this is in fact all within the rules.
If you want a comparison, the minecraft computer will give you a general idea of what this is about, only its undead.

They worked out not just how to create it within the existing rules, but went and and worked out most of the fine details for it as well.
TL; DR version of the thread.
Assuming pocket planes and command over time for infintite space and computing speed, as long as you have enough skeletons then you effectively can have a Skeletron (TM) computer. Binary code can be used by making the skeletons raise hands (I) or not (0)
