Rap, though I respect if one enjoys rap and they like the music. I will not go near any of it, I myself cannot stand it. metal is great when you can understand lyrics. Metal is becoming more screamo nowadays. =o

I have been listening to alot of both recently, and I like them both the same. Although I have noticed that on my iPod, rap songs are usually quieter than metal. So if I want to listen to my music in a loud place, rap is an issue
