oh yes it is very true. that is partially the cause of the 'smallification'. still, if it still functions as a PS3, it's still a PS3 to me. what exactly is the point of Linux anyway? also, i am getting the slim in two weeks approx.

With linux you can have a computer on your PS3! That's the point of it! It's amazing, and now gone, for the PS3 slims that is.
