Fate/Doxxy are fantastic texture artists.

Both have a very unique style which is really hard to come by nowadays.

Should both be up on that list.

I think for this post gabiel should be disqualified and that's not even including all the times he scammed people.

Either way, I'd wager Cevius made some of the best head textures I've ever seen. I can't really say much about the "newer" texture artists tho.

If you ask me Doxxy and Fate are helluva elite. I said it already on first page. Especially Fate since her vectors are awesome on heads.
E4C Too is awesome and one of his sets was recently sold at 350k so yeh that tells something too. But i dont know about him.
