Dual booting XP and Karmic, will post my Ubuntu desktop later

The two grey bars at the top right only appear when you move your mouse to the edge of the screen that they are on.
EDIT: forgot to rate the one above
Very cool desktop, and I like the icons switched off, great contrast to the people with hundreds of icons on thier desktop
