I don't completely understand what the question is.

If #1 Singleplayer player, I would say ChezDa.

if #1 Multiplayer, I would say NutHug.

As for the best player...everyone has different styles in different modes..
I have left Toribash, but will drop in occasionally on the forums and IRC. Still in Sigma.
