I often remember my dreams, not all the time but every now and then.
Dreams are some of the deepest darkest thoughts of your brain, when you sleep your brain is still very active, so active people sleep walk with there eyes open. But sleep walking is rare for older people over 16+ sleep walking happens a lot more when you are a child, this is because when you are a child your brain is more active and getting use to its environments, such as learning as so forth. My point is that if you have more dreams often and remember them your brain is working very well and you will become smarter because your brains is still ready to learn more.
