Xeon is not a good choice for gaming, plus ECC memory is way too expensive. People get Xeons to show off and brag about it only.... Its like getting a professional graphics card (like Nvidia Quadro) to play games. Not a very smart move.
And most games (even the most recent ones) will not be able to take advantage of 4 cores.
Get a dual-core with a decent cache, clock speed and bus speed. Cheaper and way better for gaming as of today.
And yes, ATI Radeon HD4670 is a pretty decent card considering the price, the efficiency and the performance. Its enough for most users who aren't hardcore/enthusiastic players.
