Playin Skyrim, thought at first that it was gender lock, and only one class...Found out it wasn't...Instant boner.

I don't really care about rank, I know it's cool to be ranked high and all that, but it's much cooler to be part of a clan at all, and talk and all that shiz. To get ranked you've got to earn it, earn respect by all the members etc...

In my opinion...It would be cool if we made it like so:

Let's say i wanted an promotion, i'd have to make my own "application" on why i deserve this and that promotion...And after I've posted it, ALL the ACTIVE or high ranking members would have to state whether or not i deserved that promotion or not.

Thats what happens anyways. All the members that have access to the Secret board vote on who gets promoted or not. ( I like calling it the Secret Board)
