why do you always keep using protect and Substitute even tho your at max speed and you cant setup any more double teams?

No, since he took out the substitute I wanted to take out Hoopa-unbound, so I was making sure to not take a Shadow ball to the face.

But normally, yeah, I wait for a missclick, switch out, buff, whatever
