I'm too lazy now.
In 2016, I'm no longer a member of toribash forum. The ex-administration (who's permbanned now) used to power abuse and opposed to me, and we are unable to reach a compromise. I am morally prohibited from staying here. I might still posting around on my friend or clan threads sometimes but not much. Goodbye.

He could only be sleeping, Unless if he is taking a break from sleeping too, In that case I have no idea what he could do... Can he stop himself from having a break? Or is he having a break from conscious thought of having a break?

If he's taking a break from EVERYTHING excluding the forums, that includes taking breaks. If he's taking a break from taking a break, he should not be taking a break right now, which implies that he SHOULD be doing something else while on the forums because he's not taking a break.
